Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ConsoleWise, including the app, website, Pro unlock, Remote Play features, Cloud Streaming features, and related services. By downloading, installing, or using ConsoleWise, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
- ConsoleWise grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for lawful personal use.
- You may not copy, modify, resell, distribute, rent, lease, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of ConsoleWise except where applicable law allows it.
- You are responsible for using ConsoleWise in compliance with all applicable laws, platform rules, network rules, and service terms.
2. Features
- ConsoleWise may provide PS5 Remote Play, local network play, internet play, Cloud Streaming, bitrate controls, display controls, 4K upscaling, HDR support, haptics, adaptive triggers, gyroscope input, and controller mapping features.
- Feature availability may depend on your device, operating system, controller, console, account eligibility, network quality, region, and third-party platform availability.
- Features may change, be added, be removed, or be limited over time.
3. Purchases and Pro Unlock
- ConsoleWise may offer a lifetime Pro unlock.
- Purchases, billing, taxes, renewals if any, refunds, and payment disputes are handled by the applicable app marketplace or payment provider.
- Pro access may require purchase validation through the marketplace or payment provider.
4. Third-Party Platforms and Accounts
- ConsoleWise may interact with third-party consoles, controllers, networks, platform accounts, cloud services, and app marketplaces.
- Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms, policies, restrictions, eligibility rules, and availability.
- Not affiliated with or endorsed by Sony Interactive Entertainment. PlayStation, PS4, PS5, DualShock, and DualSense are trademarks of Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC. PlayStation Plus membership required for Cloud Streaming. Use only with content and hardware you own or are licensed to use.
5. Network and Streaming Performance
- Streaming quality depends on your hardware, controller, display, router, local network, internet connection, console state, region, and third-party service availability.
- ConsoleWise does not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific latency, specific resolution, specific bitrate, HDR availability, 60FPS availability, or Cloud Streaming availability.
- You are responsible for any data usage, carrier charges, network restrictions, or ISP charges related to streaming.
6. Acceptable Use
- You may not use ConsoleWise to violate laws, bypass access controls, interfere with networks or services, infringe intellectual property rights, or abuse third-party platforms.
- You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, or misuse ConsoleWise or related services.
7. Privacy
Your use of ConsoleWise is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
- ConsoleWise, including its app, website, branding, design, and software, is owned by ConsoleWise or its licensors.
- You may not use ConsoleWise branding, logos, or content without permission.
9. Disclaimer
- ConsoleWise is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- We do not warrant that ConsoleWise will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or available in every region.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConsoleWise will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, loss of access, service interruptions, device issues, network charges, or third-party platform failures.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of ConsoleWise after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
