This Privacy Policy explains how ConsoleWise handles information when you use the ConsoleWise app and related website.

1. Information ConsoleWise May Handle

• ConsoleWise may store app settings, saved console details, pairing status, stream preferences, controller mappings, and unlock status on your device.
• If you use sign-in, Remote Play, or Cloud Streaming features, ConsoleWise may process account/session information needed to connect to supported platform services.
• ConsoleWise does not sell your personal information.

2. Local Device Data

• Remote Play settings, controller mappings, haptic settings, bitrate settings, display preferences, and saved console information are intended to remain on your device unless you choose to share or sync them through platform features.
• You can remove local app data by deleting app data or uninstalling the app, subject to your operating system's behavior.

3. Remote Play and Cloud Streaming

• When you connect to a console or use Cloud Streaming, network traffic is required to provide the service.
• ConsoleWise may process technical connection information such as local network discovery results, stream configuration, device capability settings, and connection state.
• ConsoleWise does not use your gameplay video or audio for advertising profiling.

4. Purchases

• Purchases, refunds, and billing are handled by the relevant app marketplace or payment provider.
• ConsoleWise may receive limited purchase status information needed to unlock Pro features.
• ConsoleWise does not receive your full payment card details from app marketplaces.

5. Third-Party Services

• Some features depend on third-party platform services, networks, devices, controllers, app stores, or operating systems.
• Your use of those services may be governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
• ConsoleWise is not responsible for how third-party services process information outside ConsoleWise.

• Diagnostics are used to improve reliability, compatibility, performance, and support.

7. Security

• ConsoleWise uses reasonable technical safeguards to protect app data.
• No app, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Children's Privacy

• ConsoleWise is not directed to children under 13.
• If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
